A brunette woman takes the missive floating in the air off the Urguani coast, brown and blue eyes scanning the paper with sarcastic amusement. The constructive meeting from the members of the association would wake up a certain Grand Governor from his afternoon nap, he would not be able to hear anything but it sounded like things were having enough progress, he would say with a relatively tired voice, "Didn't expect these many people to be here today... But everything sounded great."
