Blessed Citizenry of the Silver State,

 

I am sure that most have been brought to awareness of our diplomatic success - the cultivation of a true, fine lliranship with the Uruk of the Iron’Uzg. And so has it come to pass that the Silver State of Haelun’or binds itself in UNION with these friends; militarily, and internationally, we shall act as one.

A great opportunity this is - a chance to expand our research, to endeavour maehr’sae hiylun’ehya into territories that have long been closed off to us; our research beginning to break the surface of not only the void and the material plane, but now too the spiritual realm; in collaboration with our newfound lliran, progress will be sought - understanding will be found. For, it is only with knowledge that we might succeed, that we might achieve our destiny of enlightenment; so beckons elmaehr’sae hiylun’ehya. 

 

Stability, lliran - with allyship at our side, may our people no longer fear the threat of foreign invasion; of harm to oem’iian in our streets, as seen not so many years ago; the ice-cold brutality of those donning blue. Opportunity lies upon the horizon - and the Silver People shall seize it with both hands. For both maehr’sae and for hiylun, we push forth. A number of grand projects sit in beginning; let these be carried out to the fullest extent. To revitalise our institutions, to grow elCihi - to strengthen elSillumiran, and to bring Haelun’or to its next Silver Age of fruition and success. 

 

I look forward to seeing the understanding and collaboration between our kin and those of the Iron’Uzg develop further - for loyal allies they have been to us in recent years, and so too will the Silver State respond in generosity, friendship and alliance. I have found the Uruk of today to be a people of loyalty, of honour and of good-nature; a people with venerable scholars within their ranks - let us welcome these lliran to share their knowledge with us, as we might share ours with them.

A most blessed collaboration indeed; of scholar-heroes and heroic-scholars. 

 

So rejoice, Mali’thill - and prepare indeed for the coming years of opportunity; of success, scholarship, and the pursuit of Larihei's legacy.

"maehr'sae hiylun'ehya!" thundered jovially a patriotic Mali'thill, reading this sublime piece of paper over his morning tea, like a true liberal.

A familiar blessed High Elf stands before that had the missive pinned to it. Gently, he drums his fingers across his chin, with an ominous, droning hum, and across his face sat a gentle frown, but regardless of his expression, he drones on the well known phrase. “Maehr’sae Hiylun’ehya.”

A Red Uruk would be seen loading a very large wagon filled of goods that they planned to give to their brothers and sisters in the Silver City.  The sunshine would beat down upon him as he observed his goblins all strapping down the precious trade goods.  He would raise his hand to shade his eyes as he prepared himself for the long journey ahead.  "Da Twiggiz will lyk diz zhipment ub trayd guudz wi goht ihn ztock mi tink.  Kant wayt tu peeyp da look on durr facez!  Chox!  Mayk zur lat ztrapz down da orez tytli, yub.  Bub'hozh!"  With that, the Iron'Uzg Trading Caravan would be seen heading to their allies in the Silver City, gifts in-hand.

An ancient elf went home, having read the missive. His life so much easier since the Silver State, of the High Elven people, joined the Horde. He still had to get used to the idea of orcs roaming the streets en masse at times. But they did indeed seem good hearted.
