Voe tea deraemavre lapae ovare balimaeer? 

Wann lapae senartzvar dona naf aseretem ea wondna

 Was oe supaem lapae dzienvar.

 

Apae routaeer pieklo va eam, 

Ag gezogen eam dzeb supae. 

 Ea zvasmar raez niegodziwy geschrei

Ag lapae erreer nie verscproba va podmanit supaem.

 

Warum voer-lapae shtenae cehzi, 

Ag warum zwgrar lapae zwrocony supae fvesizker? 

Ea jeaziked czule i mea leidensje

Denn teraz mea pamiec zwgrar zmeczyla.

Lapae novd zwgrar epaem dusza va delivna.

I used to talk to the sky and pray

For an answer back.

Though I never ever got one,

Is there something that I lack?

 

And if there is some kind of God,

Do you think he’s pleased? 

When he looks down on us I wonder

 What is it he sees.

 

He brought hell to me, 

And dragged me through it.

I let out wicked screams

And he made no attempt to subdue it

 

Why did he steal my heart, 

And why has he returned it dried? 

I spoke fondly of my passions 

But now my memory has grown tired.

 

Where has he left my Dorothea? 

He still has her soul to deliver. 

Please return little Dorothea 

I had so much left to give her.
