A DECLARATION FROM THE OFFICE OF THE VICE-CHANCELLOR

 

A prolonged illness was a certain sign of demise for the young Pontiff, but such could prepare none for the death of High Pontiff Tylos II. With many of his Curia surrounding him in his final moments, His Holiness passed peacefully into the Seven Skies. Though a mournful occasion, it is certain that His Holiness has been called in his rightful time.

With the passing of His Holiness, Tylos II, the Church of the Canon hereby enters the position of “SEDE VACANTE”, otherwise referred to as “The Seat Being Vacant”. We pray to Godan, all the Exalted and Saints, that He will grant wisdom to our College of Cardinals to choose a successor that is pleasing to Him.

 

We pray that our new Pontiff be protected from the evils of sin, from greed and gluttony, from pride and selfishness. Rather, may he be a benevolent shepherd to the Canonist flock, guiding all the faithful through the troubles of our world, remaining obedient to God, serving as a light for those stuck in darkness.

 

With this, through the power vested in me as Vice-Chancellor, I hereby summon the College of Cardinals to Conclave to elect our new Pontiff.
