While the premise is definitely very intriguing, as I myself am a fan of the niche Thallassos fills, I don't think this piece is at all "it", as it were. I get a very uncanny feeling reading it, can definitely tell it was rushed out in a hurry with no real consideration of implementation, or how that might fare. More than a few mechanics come up short, and some are just not there entirely - definitely not something I think works to this piece's benefit at all. I'll leave much of my criticism to loremag, but this ain't it, chief.

It wasn't necessarily prepared to be accepted on the first go around as I haven't really touched this kind of lore so I wrote down my foundational pieces in hopes that the review for it could help provide me some insight! And yes I did this last night so I'm sure there are a few patches that need placed.
