To the citizens of Hanseti-Ruska and honourable invitees below, As the renovations to the holdings of the House of Ruthern have finally come to an end, they now see it fit to open the doors of their home to their fellow subjects. It is the hope of Her Royal Highness that this feat of design inspires the stylings of the other vassals of the realm, for it is truly grand. There shall be festivities to accompany the dance, such as games of chance including Savoyard pigdice and poker, a personal favourite of the Duke. I. COSTUMING Guests are to present themselves in masks and their finest garb, for they are to be surrounded by the peers of this kingdom. Their Graces implore those present to converse amongst one another, drink in hand, that they might better their bonds with those whom they share a king. II. PROMENADE AND PICNIC The doors of Druzstra shall be left open for those curious so they may explore the new interior, designed by a most excellent architect of Ruthern blood for the quickly expanding family of His and Her Grace. Guests are to feel free to roam and familiarise themselves with every inch of the castle, for there shall surely be many affairs held throughout it in the future. II. THE GAMBLING TABLE As the women are occupied gawking at the castle, its lord invites the men in attendance to join him at the table, should they have the mina. There, they shall engage in pigdice and poker, the rules of which shall be explained when the time comes. It is expected that those participating in the poker bring a purse of one-hundred mina, for that is the buy-in set by the Duke. Mady 3002 Share Posted June 16, 2022 From within her tower, a young Adelajda vas Ruthern would jump up and down in anticipation t. “A ball, a ball!” The child would proclaim, her siblings certainly hearing her excitement through the thick walls.
