The alliance of Malin’or and the Horde, to ensure a peaceful relationship exists in perpetuity; conferred to end the conflict with deference to the peaceable diplomacy operations spearheaded by King Frederick I of Oren. In the pursuit of Providentia, these two confederations recognize the sanctity of the established clauses below, which shall remain inviolate, innocent-in-intent, and enforceable by international law for the duration of a decade. ARTICLE I The Horde admits to an unconditional surrender in its aforementioned military offenses. The Rex of Krugmar shall pursue working alongside the High Prince of Malin’or to usher in a new period of peace in the intervening years following the cessation of hostilities. The Horde hereby cedes its land south of the Fire Marshes (OOC: Tile 43) to the Principality of Celian’or as a condition for peace. ARTICLE II The Horde shall fully respect the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Princedom of Malin’or - henceforth, there shall be no meddling in state affairs, nor claims to be made in the interest of imperialistic expansion into the domains of Malin’or. The Horde shall refrain from interfering in Malin’orian affairs, and shall not expand into its regnant territories. The Horde shall recognize the Princedom of Malin’or as the sole legitimate elven state, and therefore refrain from involving itself in any affairs within Elvendom. ARTICLE III Each nation’s respective governments shall refrain from antagonizing the other by means of public or privately state-sanctioned propaganda. These include public denunciations, slander, and libel. These types of declarations are historically proven to be a prelude to armed conflict and neither nation shall abide by this behavior. ARTICLE IV The Horde shall not take Elven vassals, nor shall the Horde establish Elven nations, rumpstates, or protectorates. This prohibition shall apply to any large-scale Elven settlement that exists within the boundaries of the Horde. ARTICLE V This peace treaty exists, in effect, to respect the spirit of its conditions. In the event of an international incident that violates the treatise, the Horde and the State of Malin’or shall correspond about the nature of the offense(s) through rigorous good faith diplomacy.
