While the articles state the that the first power of the Grand King is to conduct diplomacy, the Senate must approve it, the Senate shall delegate greater powers of diplomacy to Bakir Ireheart in this aspect; granting Bakir Ireheart extraordinary powers to conduct diplomacy without Senate approval.

 

On the following conditions:

 

1. That the Grand Chancellor must be notified of all treaties with a stone day notice

 

2. That he may call for a vote regardless on any treaties to be held by mail or senate hearing if he reasonably believes there could be large opposition.

 

3. Let this act expire upon the resignation, removal or death of Bakir Ireheart.

 

4. And upon the ascension of a new Grand King, let the Senate revisit this act once more, and let it be repealed at any given time during his reign by a simple majority in the Senate.
