To the loyal citizens of the Kingdom of Norland, It is with great joy that the Office of the Chancellor of the Kingdom of Norland hereby officially announces the ending of the construction of the administrative building known as the Royal Norlandic Chancellery. The building, which is to be open to any and all citizens of the Kingdom of Norland, is located in the north-eastern side of the square of the city of Alisgrad. Furthermore, within the Royal Norlandic Chancellery, any and all citizens of the Kingdom of Norland are free to anonymously place a book of complaints or a book of suggestions within one of the marked letterboxes.
