WE, the Bodies of Representatives from Our respective nations, do solemnly declare the following statues as correct and true:

 

FIRST ARTICLE - SOVEREIGNTY

  • The Principality of Sedan and the Commonwealth of the Petra do hereby mutually recognize the sovereignty, independence, and agency of each signatory party.
  • The Principality of Sedan and the Commonwealth of the Petra do hereby mutually recognize the authority and legitimacy of the respective heads of each signatory party.

 

SECOND ARTICLE - NON-AGGRESSION PACT

  • The Principality of Sedan and the Commonwealth of the Petra do hereby mutually agree to refrain from all conflict and violent action with each signatory party. The terms of the Commonwealth’s participation in the Accord of the Third Harvest and Sedan’s participation in treaties with Haense and Balian shall take precedence over this Pact for the remainder of its duration.

 

THIRD ARTICLE - TRADE AGREEMENT

  • The Principality of Sedan and the Commonwealth of the Petra do hereby mutually agree to allow the free and unhindered flow of goods between each signatory party.
  • The Principality of Sedan and the Commonwealth of the Petra do hereby mutually agree to prohibit the creation of tariffs upon the flow of goods between each signatory party.

 

FOURTH ARTICLE - MARRIAGE

  • The Principality of Sedan and the Commonwealth of the Petra do hereby mutually agree to the betrothal of Lord Charles J. Temesch, brother of Count Paul of Temesch, and Lady Esther H. Ravensburg, daughter of Count Caius of Ravensburg as a gesture of friendship between each signatory party.

 

FIFTH ARTICLE - DIPLOMACY

  • The Principality of Sedan and the Commonwealth of Petra do hereby mutually agree to respect the rights and duties of ambassadors and diplomats of each signatory party.

 

SIXTH ARTICLE - DURATION

  • This treaty shall last for the duration of 25 years.
