KRUSAE ZWY KONGZEM

Issued by the

THE CROWN

On this 2nd of Msitza ag Dargund of 443ES

VA BIRODEO E HERZENAV,

In order to preserve the peace of our Kingdom and its strength, one must be prepared for war. In more recent conflicts, it is often not only regular soldiers that give military suggestions or direction, but also field commanders and lieutenants raised for such periods. It is for such a reason that The King deems it necessary as Grand Hetman of the army to establish THE HETMAN’S COUNCIL. This council shall be called upon by the Crown in times of necessity to lead the war effort without worry of red lines and achieve the victory necessary for the Highlander Realm and Peoples.

THE LORD MARSHAL

The Lord Marshal oversees the Brotherhood of Saint Karl and is of pivotal importance towards directing the main war effort in its leadership and regular field activities. From whipping up the soldiers of the state into frenzy to actively recruiting, a large part of the war effort lays upon the shoulders of the marshal.

THE FIELD COMMANDER

Those of expert ability to command in the field and bring order to battle. It is these men that lead the armies of the Grand Hetman and seek to bring glory to God and Kingdom by bringing victory upon the field. In the field, these are the men of paramount command whose command supersedes all others, for too many voices and commands shall surely bring about ruin.

MASTER OF THE CAMP

Some such roles originate since the time of the First Brotherhood of the Golden Crow, and even before such in the armies of King Joren of Paradisus, one such as the Master of the Camp. Originally given the intent to ensure the coffers of the brotherhood are full, the role now consists of to ensure the effective defense of all castles of the realm and test them before the enemy strikes.

LORDS OF WAR

A general role by which any with experience or of suitable ability may be granted by the Grand Hetman or Lord Marshal. These are those such as officers or those with crucial knowledge for war which may be called upon to be used for a specific war whether that be in logistics, planning, or otherwise.

THE KINGS CHAPLAIN

War is ugly, and can often test the faith of even the most devout Canonist. It is however through faith and God’s divine right that judgment is rendered upon the field. The King’s Chaplain ensures that spiritual morality is kept upon the field as much as can be allowed, and furthermore that the faith and health of the Soldiers are ensured to stay in strength. In this manner, the King’s chaplain offers mass, and confession for soldiers working for the glory of GOD and the Canonist Faith.

Those members of the Council currently consist of:

Lady Palatine Johanna Barclay

Lord Marshal Hieran Melphestus

Grand Prince Georg Sigismund

Prince Sergei Aleksandr

Prince Marius Audemar

Prince Nikolas Leopold

Ser Flemius

Lord Matyas Baruch
