AND THE KINGDOM OF NORLAND

On this 10th of MSITZA AG DARGUND of 444 ES

 

 

TO THE PEOPLE OF THE REALM AND OF THE NORTH,

 

ON THE HIGHLAND PACT

I. That the Kingdom of Hanseti-Ruska and the Kingdom of Norland shall come together to establish the Highland Pact.

I.I. That the Highland Pact shall be rooted in shared heritage and ethnicity, and shall not extend to a political or institutional union.

I.II. That the Kingdom of Hanseti-Ruska shall be the senior signatory of the Highland Pact, and its final authority.

I.III. That the Kingdom of Norland shall recognize the Kingdom of Hanseti-Ruska as the sole Protector of the Highlanders henceforth.

II. That the Kingdom of Hanseti-Ruska and the Kingdom of Norland shall work in tandem to ensure that their standing armies shall be of equitable and equal value to one another in the form of military training and officer assistance.

III. That the Kingdom of Hanseti-Ruska and the Kingdom of Norland make the following pledges to one another:

III.I That they shall not wage war upon one another.

III.II That they shall not instigate political insurrection within the other.

III.III. That they shall work in support of the Highlander Pact to ensure its overall success.

IV. That the Highland Pact shall remain in effect as long as both of its signatories, such being King Karl III of Hanseti-Ruska and King Odin of Norland are their incumbent Crowns, and shall be purview to renegotiation or termination by their rightful successors upon such a time where they succeed.

 

 

REGARDING THE KINGDOM OF HANSETI-RUSKA

 

I. That the Kingdom of Hanseti-Ruska recognises the sovereignty of the Kingdom of Norland, and respects its authority and dominion over its rightful land.

II. That the Kingdom of Hanseti-Ruska shall rise to defend and protect the Kingdom of Norland when it is under threat or attack.

III. That the Kingdom of Hanseti-Ruska shall not send missionaries to Norland or its vassals bar helping to administrate the singular church within their lands.

 

 

REGARDING THE KINGDOM OF NORLAND

 

I. That the Kingdom of Norland recognises the sovereignty of the Kingdom of Hanseti-Ruska, and respects its authority and dominion over its land.

II. That the Kingdom of Norland shall rise to aid the Kingdom of Hanseti-Ruska in times of war, both offensive and defensive.

III. That the Kingdom of Norland shall allow a Canonist Church to be placed upon the lands to the road of Alisgrad to pray and administer faith to those wishing for it.

IV. That the Kingdom of Norland shall cede the southern Grenz to the Kingdom of Hanseti-Ruska, to grant it access to the road to Nyrheim. (Half of tile 36)

Petyr, a proud Highlander of Hanseti-Ruska and a proud Canonist, applauds for His Royal Majesty Karl III - the protector of all Highlanders. He would personally see this pact as a means to slowly convert the pagans to the one true faith and a tremendous display of prowess and honour for his beloved kingdom.
