THE DEATH OF CHARLES THE BALD

The death of Fili Grandaxe caused many pains to the grandest of the grand champions of Urguan, the two dwarves having lived so much together, but he knew the times were gone for the better, a new era had begun in the lands…

As the senate meeting started, the old dwarf already knew his plan, his hopes, to reach the afterlife, were already complete, having repent for many years for causing the death of Dreek Ireheart II.

In true Irongrinder fashion, he would claim his last words as the ones of Khron’Hundmar, wanting to cause a little bit of trouble before he left, like he always did, nothing unusual from the character.

After his swift speech, the dwarf, standing in front of everyone, would take his hidden dagger and stab himself in the neck, in a swift manner, the blood inside of his body would rush to the outside causing a massive stain on the senate’s floor but ultimately, ending his life for eternity as the cloud temple monks would never relieve him of his troubles ever again after his 12 supposed deaths.

But ultimately, as the senators exited the senate, the old dwarf would lay in his own blood looking at the mountain’s walls, just like he was born, something that other do not get.

Glod would sigh, as he tried to comfort some of the oddly more emotional dwarves around. "He's wit' his mates now... Dunnae despair."

Duren 'the Deathless' Ireheart spectated in horror as the dwarf who murdered his father, Dreek II, began stabbing himself in the neck in a suicide attempt among the senate court room.

"Da age has made da lad fall ta madness. Aye a manifestation o' dark times indeed."

Hekkaes Goldhand would sigh at the receival of the news, not yet forgiving Charles the Bald for literally stabbing Dreek Ireheart II to death right in front of his eyes, but remembering the many great memories the two shared. The many adventures, fights, skirmishes, wars, raids, special operations, and the list going on as to what made Hekkaes grow fonder of Charles the Bald. The elderly dwarf would look over at his fireplace, recognizing through the ignited flames, the same fire that he always saw within Charles the Bald. Hekkaes then murmured to himself "See ye suun ladde'..." as he began to plan his strategy to bring back the legend itself from Khaz'A'Dentrumm.

She muttered, disgusted not only by the stain of darkened crimson that coated the floor within the halls of Urguan where his body once laid, but also by witnessing the act of taking his own life.

"Res' easeh in teh halls o' yer ancestehs brotheh.."
