AS AGREED UPON BY THE HARVEST CONFEDERATION,

An election of the Harvest Lords shall be held this saints day overseen by the Kingdom of Hanseti-Ruska to decide upon their new de-facto leader. The election shall be held in the ruins of the Vienne Palace to maintain neutral grounds for the Lords, and all remaining Harvest Lords shall vote, being the Graschaft of Minitz, the Principality of Merryweather, the Barony of Acre, and the Principality of Alstion. Each shall be given three votes that they may split up as they wish to any Harvest Lord including themselves.
