slayerofslender 41 Share Posted October 4, 2022 The Frost Melts Haakon Frostbeard sat in his home drinking, Troubled by the horrors of war and the conflict amidst urguan. He felt alone in his conflict unable to find peace. Haakon climbed to the tallest peak in almaris just above urguan and built a pier of oak logs he sat upon the pier for hours contemplating his next decision. He Spoke quietly to himself "W'y S'ould I live, Yet odda's die at my 'and im No dwed my 'onor is gone and blown in t'e wind" and so the dwarf layed upon the pier weeping he took a torch and set the pier and himself ablaze so struck with grief that he didn't even scream. the fire atop the peak could be seen for miles and some might've found beauty in it. others might of found sadness or grief for the passing of their fellow dwed and when the fire died and all that remained was ash, The Frost Melts In memory of Haakon Frostbeard 5 Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
