Welcome to the Knights of the North, (I'm currently really busy with work and life, but our guild leaders and higher ups are discussing many plans for the new world, we may appear inactive at the moment but, we're only gaining a second wind for all the work that the new world will entail. A bit about yourself: I'm a 25 year old Human, currently doing small time jobs around towns. My mother died currying an undead attack which was my first experience with a sword and bow. Since that day I've been dedicated to protect others, and to master the art or Archery as well as the Sword.

IF you are willing, i'm sure I could find you a place in the rangers or if you want to be a plain old knight you should probably talk to Casamir or Khnum. The rangers are not purely archers, however bows are usually the better option for the things we do, ranging from scouting, assassinations, intelligence, counter-intelligence and general non in-your-face burning down your castle. (We still do that, just not so much in the thick of it, more of a support role). The rangers are currently quite lacking on the numbers front so i'm sure that if you wanted you could be accepted, possibly even reach a more senior rank with less hassle than being a knight.))

A bit about yourself: My name is Bregden. I was raised near Winterfell and, before the undead took it, worked and lived there for most of my life. On the eve of the attack me and my family fled Winterfell, becoming just another set of refugees on the road. Right now I am living with some friends in the Whispering Isles, getting by with day to day work while I look for a group to join. A group that I think I have found.

Your skills: I am, at best, average with a sword and my skills with a bow are even less. I wish to improve at anything and everything that you are willing to teach me, though the sword is highest on my list.

Your goals: For now, my only goal is to defend my homeland from the oncoming undead invasion, though getting a roof over my head must come first. My ultimate goal, though its more of a dream, is to reclaim Winterfell from those undead monsters.

What do you bring: I bring a man who wants nothing more than to fight for the north. Something I failed to do at Winterfell. I would bring a hard working and obedient student to the order. I am not a very ambitious man. Just a hard working on.

((Sure! As soon as the new keep is fully walled off, I will begin work on building the ranger testing and training grounds where you can begin to work on passing the trials we will set up. Bear in mind that the guild is going through a massive change in another forum where we are discussing things of pretty big significance, meaning that the rangers may change significantly, along with other branches of the guild being set up that you may prefer. The latest news in said forum is that we will only have a few knights, possibly meaning that you don't have to be a warrior to be a knight anymore. Prepare yourself for the possibility of the rangers being split into different groups.))

((Vote 1/2 you're halfway to being accepted. As I said in an earlier post, big things are still being changed within the guild so what I am about to say may be not necessarily true in a week. Anyway, at the moment the guild is divided into three sections, warriors, rangers and merchants with the current aim within the leadership being to come up with new sections and hierarchies. With someone like you, who may not excel at the sword or bow, you could still join the rangers or the warriors but the amount of training you would have to do would be pretty horrendous.

To outline the three sections, warriors are the driving force of the guild, earning money through escorts and raids, they will also have a sub-section of guards who will be charged with the defense of the castle.

The rangers perform the more subterfuge based jobs, scouting jobs and provide a supporting role in battles in the form of archery and traps. Assassinations, counter intelligence and intelligence are just a few of the things that a skilled ranger would do that are wildly different from warriors.

The merchants are effectively the economic side of things in the guild, without them the guild would fall apart. Hence, nearly everybody to do with the facilities, feeding and other non-combat things would be classed as a 'merchant'. With your said aptitude for writing, I would consider putting you in charge of the guild library as one of your jobs (we cannot give each merchant one job for the moment, what with a lack of numbers). Merchants are vital to the guild and make a lot of money along the way, making them some of the most powerful members of the guild and granting them the ability to join the council through pure influence over other members. Your redstone skills could be put to great use in the construction of the castle as we are thinking of deforesting the local area around the castle and just filling it with traps, leaving a single path to the gates, where a drawbridge could completely deny enemies access. If this doesnt seem like the right path for you, i'm sure I could find you a place in the military side of things.))

A bit about yourself:When i was young Orcs pillaged our village and they raped and killed my mom when my dad was mining.Later on I went to work with my dad in the mine,there was an Orc with us my dad and him were friends but i didn't trust him.Later that month there was another attack on our village then we saw the orc was leading the assault my dad told me to run i hid in the forrest and never heard or saw my dad again.

Your skills: I am good at mining.I want to be a better sword user.

Your goals:I want to become a Legendary Swordsman

What do you bring:I can fight very well also i can mine for resources.

A bit about yourself: I am a 28 year old human who was born in the city of Al'Khazar.Life didn't go well my family was very poor my dad had to work at the mines and lumber mills to put some food on the table.Then when I grew up I couldn't find any work so I had to steal from people to earn minas...But after a while I realized that I couldn't live always in the shadows and I felt guilty about all the minas I stole so i got a decent job and returned all the minas to they're owners.And now i want to make the people who took my path regret that they ever did that.

Your skills: I am fairly good at swordsmanship and excavation but i want to get better at blacksmithing and mining thou.

Your goals: I wish to become a great knight and the evil creatures of Aegis to fear me !

What do you bring: I am a warrior and i think that i will do good on the battlefield.And i will obey any orders given to me,and i never retreat.

Other notes : I want to learn from the knights about the sword mastery and to learn from the higher ranks about other skills that will be useful in our fight against the undead.

I'm sure that if you became part of said part of the guild, you would have a lot more power than most other people in this guild so please consider this option. ((perhaps you could work on your application a little as it is quite confusing. I will give you your vote 1/2 anyway though because we need a lot of miners to support the construction of the new castle, perhaps then you could prove your loyalty.))
