With what I believe is a man who meets such and shows dedication to the order, offering a balancing voice at times Thus I elevate Ser Vladimir to my third, my Knight Martial. He will be tasked with the upkeep of the keep and make sure the training of squires and pages is happening and up to sufficient standards. Thus I announce the following changes to the seats of the knights. Ser Vladimir for his taking up Knight Martial. Ser Jakob for his zealotry in service to seek out the dark.
