I would recommend taking a look at the magic submission formatting and guidelines, and more formally follow it. This lore has formatting a little all over the place, and dances between explanation and mechanics pretty liberally. Again, please just follow the standard format for spells, magics, and following the dogma/explanation topics explained in Explanation Topics and General Criteria.
