She brooded for many days, catching stars in her palm in her boredom. Out of all the stars, the Tanuki picked one that was falling out of the sky. With her god-like sorceries, the Tanuki-god ripped the falling star into the earth. It crashed against the continent, causing earthquakes to rumble across the world. Magma spewed from the crust of the earth, engorged by fumes of lava. Winds covered the cracks of pastel-orange, as the fallen star cooled down, becoming a lump of stone - a hill of rock. As the rock was cooled down, the wise and evil Owl-god heaved massive, ethereal chains into the rock. He extended his beating wings, flared like a massive beast, and began to drag the spherical rock into the air. The pain ruptured across his talons, as the night-sky was filled by a rainstorm from his tears. To support his godly brother and relinquish him of his well-deserved pain, the sagacious Monkey-god spoke words of power, casting the gargantuan rock with his otherworldly sorceries. For now, the rock kept afloat, and the Owl could now relax. Upheaval of the Island; For years, the rock slumbered in the air, untouched by the deities who crafted it. After his slumber, the slothful Panda-god awakened, and stared at this foul and cold rock. In order to make it more beautiful, he slammed his bamboo-stick into the earth, and spread numerous seeds to fill it with life - now endowed with roots and beautiful flowers. After his laborious trade, the Giraffe-god beget his servants to start beautifying the island, creating vast monuments, and thrones for his brothers. He wrought forth statues and pathways, and that of his merchant outpost. Filled with envy, the Owl buried himself into the depths of the island, and flapped his wings. Slowly but surely, the elusive library crashed into its depths, secretly hiding away from all of his other brothers and sisters. Upon the construction of the main fortitude of the island, the Giraffe and the Panda rested. The Guardian Serpent; Sin followed the Elephant-god, who could not forget his past. He took a journey of enlightenment, and came across the spawn of a world-devouring servant; a green serpent that was but a child, the same size as his very palm. With his mighty trunk, the Elephant sang a lulling song, and tamed the serpent. He took the serpent back to the island, and offered it to him as a home. Omnipotence of the Time Lord Out of all his brothers and sisters, the Pig-god was the most powerful. He commanded time itself, and knew how to bring change to all events. The Giraffe-god bragged to his brother, and told him that even in thousands of years, his monuments would stand. The Pig wanted to see this through with a test of time, and so brought forth an hourglass into the middle of the monument. After tipping the hourglass over, trickles of sand lushly flowed into the bottom of the pit. Three seconds later, and the island aged. All trees grew larger, and the flora now infested the flying island. Furthermore, the monuments seemed ancient, cracked by rivulets of unearthed stone. However, there was one more shocking revelation - for the World Devouring Serpent, once a babe, had grown to a hideous size. It latched around the island, and acted as its guardian. For the help provided by the serpent, the Owl gave it a name - but this is only known by him and his godly brothers and sisters. [!] Across the world, a continent would quake. It shook like the unraveling of god’s ire, before it went silent. The desert was blinded by another star, shining over a mysterious island that appeared. One would notice a Guardian Serpent latched around the island, seething with each word it spoke in a deep and guttural voice. “I am named, the Guardian Serpent of this island.”“Shield of the gods, lords of the world.” “I now speak unto you the Mandate of Heaven.” I. Do not spill blood upon this island. II. Do not speak politics on this island without an ordained meeting. III. Do not disrespect the lords. IV. All are welcome, and should not be discriminated against. [OOC]: Spoiler Djinn Lair has been pasted.
