Following the filing of a Criminal claim regarding the supposed crimes of the accused, the Office of the Justiciar sees fit to summon Firr Alejandro Sands, Firr Florian Sands, and Firr Lorec Stormheart to the Aulic Court of Hanseti-Ruska. The investigation of the charges began due to the initial disownment missive of Alejandro Sands published from the Viceroyalty of Hyspia.

 

As such, the Office of the Justiciar sees it fit to summon these individuals to appear before the Aulic Court to state their cases on the evidence. Should they fail to attend Court, the Crown will consider such an admission of guilt and the presiding Jovenaar shall issue their sentence wherein they shall be considered criminals within our lands. 

 

The defendants, Firr Alejandro Sands, Firr Florian Sands, and Firr Lorec Stormheart shall appear before the Aulic Court and answer for the following charges:

Let he who attempts or conspires to commit a crime be guilty of Attempt, to be punished as if they had committed the crime itself.

Let he who aids or conspires with another to commit a crime be guilty of Contribution, to be punished as if they had committed the crime itself.

 

VII

Let he who slays another outside of battle be guilty of Murder.

 

VIII

Let he who harms another outside of battle be guilty of Assault.
