The Pricipality of Celia’nor and the Clan of the Irehearts have always had amicable relations to ensure that both cultures thrive in a realm of turmoil. It is the understanding of both Celia’nor and the Irehearts that the recent issues between the two have stemmed from overeager youth who have been learning the ways of their lifestyles. From here, it is a basis of learning and understanding that both strive towards and to ensure honor remains as this, honorable. Celia’nor will allow for the Irehearts to propose duels of honor within the lands of the Principality so long as mutual respect between both parties involved is maintained. Those of Celia’nor understand the importance of honor in both cultures, which is why such a policy is maintained in an amicable manner. The Irehearts will ensure that the beardlings and initiates remain respectful in how they approach matters of duels. The Clan Father of the Irehearts shall be able to receive a free drink at the Slumbering Scholar Tavern at any time. Likewise, the Princess of Celia’nor may receive a free drink at the Ireheart Clan Hall at anytime.
