THE BOND ‘TWEEN WOOD AND SEA

[!] Several flyers have been distributed throughout Almaris, announcing the following:
 

The citizens and allies of Amaethea are invited to the celebration of the Mali’ame and the Almenodrim. A bond between the Wood and Sea that has gone on for generations and continues to flourish with the leadership of Princess Idril. Join us on the 9th of The First Seed, Year 115 of the Second Age at the Amaethean citadel.

 

BALL

Guests are advised to wear outfits in the theme of the festivity in correspondence to either the sea or the forests that surround the Crown of Amaethea. However the main colors of the event should be green, red, gold or blue in order to honor the bond between the Mali’ame and the mali of the Almenodrim. 

 

COSTUME CONTEST

With a theme for the festivities a costume contest shall be in place. Judges will walk throughout and examine the multicolored garbs the guests have attended in before reporting to the Princess for final judgment before the winner is announced.

(Those who win, will be granted a full bod + flat color by yours truly : - ))
 

BOAT RACE

Throw your hat in the ring in order to display the skills of a true elf of the Almenodrim. Contestants will zoom through the waters throughout a set course and whoever returns to start first will have the opportunity to earn prizes.
 

FEAST

To conclude the festivities, all the guests are welcomed to the Tavern for a closing feast where food and drinks will be served. Followed by a thank you to everyone for joining in the celebration.
