ESTABLISHMENT

 

After the dissolution of the Northern Geographical Society, the Kingdom of Haense has seen fit to establish a public museum devoted to the safekeeping and recording of Haeseni History. The Georgian Museum of (Haeseni) Histories has been established by the Office of the Palatine to conduct and record historical affairs in order to preserve knowledge and inform the general public of the longstanding and rich history the Kingdom of Haense has endeavored. 

 

Deputy Palatine, Otto Malcolm Gant has been appointed as acting Chancellor (Kanzler) of the Georgian Museum of Histories. It is the duty of the Chancellor to curate exhibits, staff the museum, and establish and appoint the members of the Chancery, which shall serve as the governing board of the Museum.

 


 

CURRENT EXHIBITS 

 

HALL OF KINGS

This Exhibit documents the lineage and reign of each king of Hanseti-Ruska from the Petrovic Era to Contemporary Era. The hall contains a bust of each king, a portrait, and a short biography of their reign.

 

HALL OF PALATINES

This Exhibit documents the tenures and achievements of each Lord Palatine of Hanseti-Ruska from the Petrovic Era to Contemporary Era. The hall contains a bust or portrait of each Palatine and a short biography of their tenure.

 

HALL OF WARS

This Exhibit documents the involvement of Hanseti-Ruska and the preceding Duchy of Haense in the many wars of humanity. The hall contains a painting of a major battle during the aforementioned war and a short biography of the events.

 

HALL OF SAINTS

This Exhibit documents a few of the most notable patron saints of Hanseti-Ruska. The hall contains five busts of the most notable Saints of Hanseti-Ruska and its preceding states, 

 

NOTE: This hall does not contain all Haeseni Saints as the lack of room did not permit for the inclusion of everyone.

 

HALL OF CAPITALS

This Exhibit documents the major Capitals of Hanseti-Ruska throughout the many centuries of its existence. The hall is decorated with paintings of the six major Capitals of Hanseti-Ruska including our current capital, Karosgrad.

 

HALL OF NOBLES

This Exhibit documents the many noble houses throughout the centuries of the Kingdom of Hanseti-Ruska. The hall contains a banner of each noble house.

 

NOTE: Not all of these houses are still ennobled, this hall encompasses noble houses throughout the generations of Haense, those that are currently ignoble are represented by an X on their placard. Similarly, this hall only includes the majority of houses, not all could be included as room did not permit this luxury.


 

HALL OF FIGURES

This Exhibit documents a few of the notable figures throughout the history of the Kingdom of Hanseti-Ruska. The hall contains a bust and placard of each notable figure.

 

NOTE: this hall does not contain all notable figures of Haense, as it would not be plausible to include everyone that made their mark on the Kingdom’s history.

 

If you think the Hall of Figures is missing someone particularly important. Contact Chancellor Gant (@Drew2_dude) and you may purchase a bust plot for 200-700 minae, depending on location.

 


 

POSITIONS 

 

CHANCELLOR: Otto Malcolm Gant (@Drew2_dude)

The Chancellor of the Museum is in charge of curating and staffing the museum, as well as appointing and establishing the governing Chancery Board to make decisions and plans for the future of the Georgian Museum of (Haeseni) Histories.

 

CHANCERY COUNCILLORS: Iosif Patriarch Jorenus (@Nolan_), [2 SEATS VACANT] 

Chancery Councillors aid in the planning and executive decision making process for the Georgian Museum of (Haeseni) Histories, Currently, there are three seats on the Chancery Board of the Museum.

 

TOUR GUIDES: VACANT [SEEKING INTERESTED PARTIES]

Tour guides are people that are dedicated to offering comprehensive, in-depth tours of the museum and its various exhibits to the general public. While the tour guide positions are unpaid,  these men and women are nonetheless vital to the daily operations of the Georgian Museum of Histories. 

 

MUSEUM MANAGERS:  VACANT [SEEKING INTERESTED PARTIES]

Museum Managers are charged with administering the day to day operations of the museum building. This includes the training of museum tour guides, orchestrating special exhibits and events, and the management of other museum staff.
