Valentin inspected his new sword, the voices in his head going wild. "Wow, this sword is wonderful."

He sighed heavily before pinning the King's statement to Warsovian noticeboard

Siegfried von Alstreim read the missive as it were pinned to the Warsovian noticeboard, the young boy taking time to read it slowly, his face contorting in odd expressions as he did so "Huh... Seems they were once friends. How sad is it that all this had to happen. I would hate to bear such a betrayal, or commit one." Commented the child of Merryweather, a small frown plastering itself to his freckled face.

“If you’d done your duty, known your place we’d all be fine right now.” Thalgrim laments at the missive in his new home of Barrowton.

Heinrik Ratispora, wandering around without purpose in the now barricaded city of Velec sighed deeply. "For what reason did this war even start? Has there ever been any declarations by Aaun or even the slightest hint at hostile intentions? For what reason did Heinrik decide to lock down our city, scare away its populace and replace them with mercenaries we barely even know? Ea used to like vy Heinrik, vy took eam in and gave eam a home in a city ea used to care about greatly. Now vy have turned it into a soon to be war-torn wasteland, where only weaponry and armour are seen. Long gone are the days of joyful conversation and worry-free laughter in the streets. Even if vy win this war, the death of Adria will be on vyr hands alone. The Ratispora went home one last time to pack his belongings and depart. Velec was no longer his home.

Robyrt Taranis put the finishing touches on his newly dyed uniform. "I always did enjoy the regality of purple. Red elicits barbarism."

You sadden me Heinrik, after all that was done for you, avarice clung upon you like a poison - as if you inherited the curse of the Dwarves, perhaps you are the bastard of one!

Bakir Ireheart would remember this and wonder if the Auun King inherited the mental slowness of the Orenians. He'd shake his head remembering humans are all the same.

Within the named Fi'Andria an Elven Lord wonders who even this Heinrik Sarkozic is. "Human politcs? Do these idiotic Aaunites think Elvendom cares for such... do we? I don't! But those Adrians... they make the best yoghurt! Leave us out of your stupid wars!" Lord Raziel Aevaris just shook his head.

You ungrateful cur, tales of your misdeeds are told from Novo Horos to Fi’andria,

“Why are we being brought into this….?” The Princess of Celia’nor questioned to her council upon reading the missive, wondering the relevance of elves amongst the morality of humanity.

Father Petyr wonders why the very loud Elven Lord is reading a document about Heinrik Sarkozic, inherently involved with human politics, and felt the need to make a comment about it if they truly did not care about human politics. Either they are lying, or they have an uncharacteristic interest in human politics on the other side of Almaris despite their station as an Elven Lord in Celia'nor. Most curious indeed.

The Grand King would loft a brow at the comment of his people and the curse they carry.
"Interesting.. best not use that to insult fellow umri again. As it's almost as if we, dwarves, are being insulted."

Ludmilla gazed through the missive lazily, barely catching any of the actual content. "Friends do not go to war against one another. Friends do not sit and watch as their comrade go crazy. Friends are supposed to rely on one another." She then murmured to herself as the letter slowly took afire from the Adrian campfire.

"The reins of the Heartlands once more whip freely in the winds."

The Adrian would whisper to himself, the dry air of the Greycloak barracks softening his voice.

Taking a sip of wine, he eyed another cart of soldiers arrive through the gates of the city, the sounds of laughing and jokes paraded through the streets from those already settled.

"Grab hold of these reins and make haste Heinrik, do not let go."

The soldier would leave the missive where he sat as he went to help unload and welcome the newcomers.
