Over the course of this past year, at the direction of the Crown, the Office of the High Seneschal has conducted a reform as to the Kongzem’s taxes and property prices. Every set down payment on every property has been reduced substantially, and the taxes adjusted to match. 

 

A year of tax shall continue to be free upon purchase of properties.
