Han Solo 35 Share Posted October 15, 2013 Order of the Outlaws: The order of the outlaws are a band of brothers and sisters that have been shunned by society and are wanted for various crimes by a law enforcement or a government. Our main purpose is to show that corrupt laws should not be heeded to. We want to help the people, by comitting crimes, and humiliating the guard by slipping through their grasp. The Order meets every other elven day at their headquarters in Abresi. As soon as a recruit joins, we teach them, if they do not already know, the art of thieving. Recruitment: Recruitment is an easy process, once you earn your trust. The requirements are: - The desire to end the corrupt and willingness to commit crime for the cause - Bravery; without a fear of punishment or death - Loyalty to The Order - To show respect to members of the Order, and not break ranks We will monitor wanted signs everywhere or you can simply just fill out an application and we will arrange a meeting. Ranks: *Officer Ranks*: Commodore - The commodore is the rank only given to the best and most higly skilled thief that has passed all the ranks of the Order. He or she has the priority over all decisions and is the one that leads in the unlikely event of an all out war. Usually he or she sits in their office and, well, be Commodores. The current Commodore is Olivier Parkins. Captain - The Captain is the second highest rank in the Order and only achieved by showing tremendous commitment and loyalty to the group. There are at a max of two captains, each with over a decade of experience in the Order. They have to be incredibly brave and looked up upon. They lead big expeditions with giant groups, or strategize. Lieutenant - The Lieutenant is a remarkabley skilled thief that demonstartes great leadership quality and becomes good enough to be made an officer rank. There can be up to three Lieutenants in the Order. Lieutenants sign official papers, tend to affairs, and plan out heists. They sometimes even assist in them. =============== *Soldier Ranks*: Serjeant - The Serjeant rank is the highest soldier rank, achieved by those who are great thieves and have promise as an officer rank. Serjeants lead heists and robberies that are given to them by Lieutenants and above. They must have exceptional skill on the field. Master Thief - Thieves in this rank have shown loyalty, bravery, and good skill. They are revered by the ranks below them and are a great asset to heists because of their tremendous experience and vast skill. There can be any number of them. They also teach recruits the art of stealing. Thief - This rank holds thieves that has successfuly pulled off atleast one heist properly. They make up the majority of the Order. All Thief ranks accompany a Serjeant to a robbery or heist. Rookie Thief - These thiefs are the noobies. They have just learned how to steal, pick locks, etc and are still waiting for the chance to prove themselves and their commitment to be promoted. Recruit - The recruit is someone who is still learning the art of thievary ((and doesn't have a VA yet for the required stuff)).
