Moim’s Father, Gotlund BlackIron, was a weapon and armor smith in the City of Kal’Varoth. He and his family had enough money to get along in life, and Moim had a good inheritance from his father. He joined the city garrison, and he fought with his squad against any orc bands that dared to come close to the city and it’s surrounding lands, he held the line when they went into extended battles against the orcs, or any humans who wanted to try and rob the city of its boundless riches of gems and gold. He also participated in wars against the enemies of his Kingdom, especially against the Humans who are always the ones to stand against the Dwarves in their rise to power. Eventually, he hung up his hammer and packed some clothes, and he told his family that he was going to go make a life for himself in the world in the art of metal working and to seek work with the Grandaxe Clan.
