Born in Renatus in 1701, Crystal Metheny Brabant is a young nomadic girl who wanders around the land. Her father, Lachlan Metheny abandoned her and died while trying to find his wife, nothing is known about her mom. She was left alone in Renatus and she survived during the War of the Two Emperors where she was rescued by a man named Logan Brabant, she then lived with the Brabant family and was adopted by them, she is one of the many heirs of Logan Brabant. Crystal spent her 20's away from the Brabant to become a mercenary and thief until her adoptive father Logan called her for her aid.
