Almithara derives from the city Talar'ikur. Her mother died of childbirth, causing her father to be cold and distant to her, which is all she has ever known. Her father was strict, she participated in harsh “military style” training that consisted of archery, as well as hand-to-hand combat involving polar bears and other wild animal creatures. One day coming back from training she saw her house had been ransacked and her dad being dragged away by a group of orcs to be sacrificed. She managed to stay safe by hiding away in a nearby bush outside. She then lived the rest of her adolescence alone. During her “adult” life, she came to understand and appreciate education and pushing her physical boundaries as far as she possibly could, in order to understand the true meaning of her existence as a snow elf. Almithara travelled from the city of Talar’ikur, despite the snow elves’ isolationist tendencies, to other holds and kingdoms across Acras. When her travels to her to a small dwarf town in the mountains, that is where she found a young mountain dwarf that she fell in love with, Fignut Opalfinger. Together they now travel the world together in search of adventure.
