Erhard, like his older brothers, Eimar and Durin comes from the village of Revel in the Duchy of Courland. He had many brothers, and was particularly close with Eimar, and he looked up to his older brother Durin. His father was a greedy and vain man and cared not for his family, but only for his own pocket. Because of this, his brothers did not receive the most ideal education, but their mother taught them what she could. His father would also influence the young Erhard’s personality and he would strive throughout his life to remain free of earthly greed. The only people he had was his brothers, and because of this they formed a tight and close relationship with them. When his brother Eimar ran away, he joined him and together they scraped by with a meager living. They learned the art of archery, foraging, and formed a closer relationship with Eimar. Eimar soon departed however, and rumor has reached Erhard that he has kin in Midgard. He has set out for the city and will hopefully reconnect with his fellow family. In this new city, he hopes to carve out an honest living as a guard, working for the numerous caravans of Midgard. Erhards most daunting challenge was the upcoming Three-Month war in which it would be called, he spent much time training for it, learning ways of fighting, on paper he was an amazing fighter. When he got out on the terrain though the opposition seemed to be much physically stronger and Erhard sustained many injuries that he’d have to work to come back from.
