how does one go about spawning custom heads into lotc...?

Have a freja registeed alt, or a friend apply the head you want. Check the skin on namemc to make sure its applied, than do /heads request [mcname] [amount]. Each head costs 3 mina.
If its a friend who has applied the skin, they will need to be online, and confirm the purchase. If its applied on a freja registered alt it will automatically confirm, and you will get the heads immediately.
