Daelis Van‘loth was once, in a time ago, a youthful assassin, precise with a blade and deadly with an arrow. He was apart of the Warhawke tribe once, and was to target and eliminate high-profile enemies of the tribe’s ways. This was ultimately his downfall as an attempt gone awry left him struck and seemingly dead with a hefty head-wound. His body was disposed of by being dumped into a river. Through divine intervention or luck beyond luck, his body washed ashore by a river-side town and was nursed back to health, having survived his wounds.
In this, he suffered an extremely heavy bout of amnesia, and has forgotten all but his race. His physical recovery was finished and utilizing his instinct for the natural world, departed and goes to seek out his past life or potentially make himself a new one. With no name, he decided to temporarily name himself the first thing he saw; a Sparrow fluttering off a low-hanging branch.
