I grew up in a small village, alongside a river. My father and mother worked as the local blacksmiths while my elder brother worked as a bard for the local inn. I grew up learning the arts of combat from my father alongside my brother. One day my brother and I went out to hunt for deer. Everything was going fine until suddenly I heard my brother screech out loud. I turned around to find my brother pinned to the floor by a grizzly. I swing my sword frantically at the grizzly who seemed to become larger by the second. My sword was useless against the grizzly. I peered over to see my brother mauled, I quickly ran for my life back to my village. A search party was sent out to kill and retrieve my once living brothers corpse. When we arrived, there were no bear nor corpse in sight. Many years later, still traumatized the incident, my father sends me off to the far out town of Helena to look for work.
