Manson was born in the homelands of Haense, just in the fields outside of it in a small hovel. Nothing too exciting, it was here that he grew up ina reasonable life with his parents being merchants. They sold low-end goods, so they did not make an awful lot of income - but it was something, at least. Manson helped out where he could, he got a brief education, helped out on the house such as cleaning, preparing meals and then what he enjoyed doing the most was hunting. The thrill of chasing an animal, capturing it and killing it to serve to his family was something that brought him great pride.
This hunting is what became a gate-way in to combat in general, the weapons he used on the animals with he began to gain practise with them over time. Naturally, he became better and better. He had decided from this that he would wish to seek a career path in fighting. So, he had saved up money from his allowances and other small part-time jobs to fund a crudely made set of iron armour. This iron armour is what he wore proudly before setting off from his home in to the continent of Arcas. In doing so, he was looking to see about joining a guard force or putting his abilities to use.
