The Honorable Company of Grocers and Cooks was nominally formed in 1535 when an Imperial charter was granted to Sofetios Jayaman by Emperor John I. The Company of Grocers and Cooks was largely ignored throughout history and held little renown. 

In 1762, the Company of Grocers and Cooks was declared extant by Imperial writ and the following entities were grandfathered in as constituent corporations: The Palvion, Nonna’s Illatian Dining, Abiah’s Foodstuffs, Helena Food Store, Mr. Sushi’s Sushi and Hibachi, Mary’s Buzzin’ Honey Shoppe.

Briefly explain the lore behind this construct or creature:

Wonk are frog like creatures. The suspific type is toad wonks and frog wonks.Toads have different skin to frogs as frogs are skinner and more smother on the skin their height is usually 4’6” to 5’0”. They almost always have a slimey skin but Toads have rougher skin and are stockier and shorter than frogs. Their height is usually 4’1” to 4’7” and they have more bumps on there skin. Frogs are normally green and yellow and a slight rare brown but toads are between brown or dark green and a more rarer toad is a very very dull red and orange. Wonks are sea creature and need to be wet most the time and the older they get the less moister they can hold so they need to jump in some source of water to stay hydrated. At the age of 120 the wonk has to stay in water as it need the moisture and cannot live with out it. Wonk are normally found in a small communtiy and near water si that they can lay there eggs but if they arent they are normally independent Wonks.There are two types of wonks other than Forgs and Toads, reformed Wonks they absorb the culture they’re nearest to and Tribal Wonks but they need an ET. Wonks have lesser souls so they cant to some magic.
