Brandon had a modest childhood, he was raised at a small community just outside Adria by his mother Eleanor and father Dustin a Hansetian highlander who ran away from its culture now working as farmers for the local lord. Brandon didn't have too many friends and their family wasn't very rich but they were happy nevertheless, one night however he woke up to his parents arguing. When sneaking downstairs he still couldn't really make out what they were saying, still worried but not wanting to escalate the situation even further he went back to sleep. The next day however he jumped up from his bed after hearing a loud bang and people yelling, when running downstairs he saw his dad being dragged away by what seemed to be soldiers. 14-year-old Brandon ran up trying to get between the soldiers, but he just wasn't strong enough to reach his dad. *Brandon's father shouted one last thing with a big smile to him before being pushed into the closed horse cart* “Take care son, and watch your mother while I am away.”. Brandon turned around seeing his mother wrecked on the ground sobbing in tears. For the next 2 years, she had been unresponsive and stayed in bed for most of the day, so Brandon had to keep the farm running which seemed like an impossible job most of the time. Most of the villagers had their own business to handle and didn't have time to help the Solomons, on top of that were the taxes also though the roof to fund the military in The Adrian-Curonian War. If the situation couldn't have been any worse his mother also got sick and after 2 months eventually died from the illness. Brandon was on rock bottom he had but an empty house and an overgrown farm, it seemed like all hope was lost. He decided to sell the house and the farm to join the military and find his father. Brandon was not a very social person but was still a force to be reckoned with when wielding a sword. His fellow soldiers may have mocked him at first but this quickly stopped after there first encounter close to the Curon Borders. Because of his large posture, raw strength from all the work on the farm and 20-pound great sword was he nicknamed Brandon the Bane after that. However, the new title didn't change his motives for joining the army. He still tried to follow the rumors of his father whereabouts and seemed to come a bit closer by every person he spoke about the matter. It was but 15 years later when he reached a dead-end, he found the platoon his father served in but they were all dead or missing only existing on a piece of paper in a dusty archive. Not Dustin, however, he couldn't find the name Dustin, Dustin, page after page Dustin Solomons was not on it nowhere to be found. After that day it didn't take him long to resign from the military having served his duty more than well he became a traveling merchant roaming from town to town still following the rumors.
