I really think Xavier would be great for this position due to his ability to stay cool. If there’s an argument, he’d be able to keep his calm and hear both sides of the story, and would remain completely unbiased to either side. Another plus is that if he were to respond to a modreq and the person who made the req was having a fit, Xavier would be able to calm them down before gathering all the evidence.
