Pyzere was born in Haelunor to a high elf woman named Saflynn and an unknown wood elf. She lived with her mother as a child, and while she looks a lot like her mother, she has several traits that expose her impure heritage. As high elves “despise interbreeding with other subraces” she and her mother where shamed. She struggles to think of what a high elf looks like with any expression other than disdain.
When she turned 18, still a child by elf standards but technically physically mature, her mother sent her to live with other wood elves. Having only recently arrived in Irrinor, she feels like an outsider. Pyzere hasn’t made much of an effort to meet others, but when they’re the ones to reach out to her she does her best to make friends.
Saflynn is rather vain and was hurt by her tarnished reputation after her daughter was born. All Pyzere knows about her father is that he was kind, good at flattery, and which of her physical features/traits come from him. She does not have any siblings or half-siblings.
Pyzere is well educated, but doesn’t know much about other races and cultures due to being educated by high elves.
