Silriel was born a pure blood high elf in the Silver State of Haelun’or to her mother Liririen and father Miriion. She is the firstborn in her family as her parents later had two sons Erthon and Glirion. She was lonely during her youth due to her stubborn, competitive nature, however this only strengthened the bond between Erthon, Glirion and herself. It was on the eve of Silriel’s 25th birthday that she suffered the mysterious loss of her parents Liririen and Miriion and was left to raise her younger brothers on her lonesome. The death of her parents while still a great loss, strengthened her and built her character in ways nothing else would. It made her kinder and more compassionate than many of the other high elves who were often cold, calculating and obnoxious. Around the same time she made quite possibly her first real friends Hwestil, Noriel and Lothanar. These three newfound friends were wood elves from the Forest Realm of Irrinor, which was strange as most high elves found all other races beneath them. Hwestil, Noriel and Lothanar helped in training Silriel in the art of archery as wood elves or Mali’ame are known as the best archers in the wood. Her brothers Erthon and Glirion continue their relationship with Silriel to this day but due to her friendship with the Mali’ame have slightly drifted apart.
