    Oswin Vuunkrem was raised by his master, Vermar Vuunkrem in the woods near Haense. Oswin Vuunkrem was saved as a child from a fiend attack on his village. There were several dozen fiends that attacked the village, burning it down and slaughtering all of the people who lived there. As his family's house was being attacked, Oswin's father and mother fought off the fiends for as long as they could, but the attack happened so suddenly that they did not have a chance to get their weapons, leaving them weaponless and open to attack. His parents were able to fight off the first two fiends with their magic and strength alone. But when a group of four fiends and their master, a high-level demon attacked they, unfortunately, did not stand a chance and were slaughtered by the high-level demon. Oswin, in a fit of rage, charged the fiends and demon. The demon laughed at this and fully underestimated the boy. Oswin had a knife hidden in his sleeve and managed to maneuver past the four fiends. The demon impressed by this let the boy attack him. Oswin shoved the knife into the demon as hard as he could. Unfortunately, this did absolutely nothing to the demon. The demon then grabs Oswin and holds him by the neck. He then takes one of his nails and writes (Ψ) on the right side of the boy's neck. With this, he throws the boy hard against the ground, at the feet of the four fiends, and leaves. The fiends then circle around the boy and go to grab him. Then pick up the unconscious boy and go to take him out of the back entrance of the cabin. As they go out of the cabin into the forest, first one of them disappears, then another, then another. Until the one holding the unconscious boy is left. The fiend lets out a demonic beast shout, alerting other fiends to its location. Right before it can finish this action it's head flops to the floor. This is when Vermar takes the boy and makes a run for it, easily losing the other fiends and getting the boy to a safe place. Once he does this he goes back and saves as many people as he can. When he comes back to the village it is all burning, and there are no longer any demons or fiends. Other than the sound of wood burning the night are is quiet. Vermar heads back to the boy and takes him to his home. After taking care of the boy for a few days, he realizes there is no place for the boy to go, along with discovering the boy has a natural talent in agility and has a quick witty mind. Allowing him to catch on and learn tasks and ability to learn skills very quickly. This leads to the decision of taking the boy in and making him his ranger apprentice. Oswin is taught everything that Vermar knows. Once he has learned everything he could from him and became of age. Vermar sent him out into the world to find himself and gain real-world experiences. Oswin wants to explore the world and enjoy life while advancing himself, making himself the best person possible. So he set out towards the nearest large city known as Haense, for he wanted to meet new people and could look for work there. Metagaming: Metagaming is when a person uses and does things they should not use or do in certain circumstances. It is important to play fairly and correctly while role playing . One should act how their character should in a given circumstance and should make sure they also take all the effects that their characters have on them. While playing one should take all of their actions into consideration based on the situation they are. And should try to play as perfectly to their character as they can. When someone does something that their character would not know or be able to do. In order to give them an advantage.
