Crystal's parents, Erindae and Fanidil are very proud High Elves and they are very proud of the bloodline their daughter has. They have always sheltered Crystal, but she would always find a way to get away from home and explore the Silver City. The other High elves often called her peculiar, because of her curious personality. growing up, her parents spent most of their time educating her, and trying to sculpt her into the 'perfect elf' they wanted her to be, and they were concerned when their daughter revealed a fascination of other races and cultures, especially humans. Crystal loved her parents, and she was always desperate to please them, but she couldn't ignore this desire in her heart to learn, explore, and befriend cultures outside of the Silver City. Once she turned 18, she left the Silver city against her parent's wishes so she could explore cities beyond her sheltered life and she has been away from home since. She wears a hood, because she doesn't want to be immediately identified as a high-elf, because she fears others would treat her differently and assume the worst from her.
