Aveline was born the daughter of a blacksmith in Sutica. Her mother died shortly after her birth from complications and she never had the chance to know her. She at a very early age learned how to earn her keep, working with her father at the forge, stoking the fires and hammering steel on the anvil. Her father taught her what he knew, and what he knew was iron and steel. She became very proficient in hammering out weapons for the guard and adventurers that would stop by the workshop.
