This character is 19 and has been born in the elven city of Elvenesse. He has no family and was raised by an elderly couples who died a few years later. from then on, he had to work to earn food and eventually housing until a finely dressed gentleman came up to him and said what are you doing on the streets may i ask? And he responded with i am working sir, how may i help you?
The gentleman was taken aback by the answer and said where are your family, and he replied, they died. A tear rolled down the gentleman's cheek as he said do you want to stay with me and the boy replied no thank you, it wouldn't be good if you had an extra mouth to feed and the gentleman replied oh no its fine and so the kid replied ok sir. It was from then on that the gentleman taught him to be a knight and to pass on the act of kindness and as it turns out, the gentleman was also a veteran. all was well until... He and the gentleman went on a trip into an unknown forest. The trees we eerily bent and corpses lay on the ground, the boy (who had now grown up a few years actually) said, i think we should investigate, the veteran replied, thats a good idea. Being armed with a bow and a stone sword, they ventured through the forest following the trails of blood. Little did they know that a horde of orcs were hunting them down. Suddenly, an arrow whizzed past and hit the veteran's shoulder, they turned around to see a horde of orcs running to them, their blade glinting in the moonlight and their teeth bared. The veteran said get out of here to the boy but the boy stood and shot some of the orcs with the bow that he had as the veteran rushed to fight the orcs. Orcs were being slaughtered until a second horde came and killed the veteran with multiple stabs, the boy ran to elvenesse with adrenaline pumping through his veins. Out of the blue, a volley of arrows flew over his head and killed most of the horde. two elven soldiers came and asked what happened, the boy explained and was given a place in a knighting academy where he learned even more about how to become a knight which is what he was now.
