Stacking is bad and reduces the flavor and individuality of each magic/feat used. I support amendments like this which prevent casual abuse/use of "swapping styles" in a fight to beat the emote economy.

Well, immediately. huh.

Kor'garr the Clanless raises a brow, yet chuckles at the missive. His large handlebar mustache, freshly waxed, gleams in the torchlight as he nods in approval. The declaration of "crusade" is then tossed into a quite tall stack of missives labelled... "Krugmar Hatemail". Huh. Kor'garr the Clanless looks over the announcement as it is unfurled from the leg of a Krugmarian Courier Hawk. First his pinched crimson eyes and furrowed single thick brow express concern. The grey orc reads further. Befuddlement. The paper seems much less... dramatic, than he thought it would be. Finally an expression of cheerful relief. "Zumtyng zympul tu Klomp, wyth nub bluudy politikz. VYNULLI!" The skriptgoth runs out of his tower, voice booming with mirthful laughter from his large handlebar 'stache as the short news-orc lets out a single VERY LOUD announcement rippling through the air of San'Velku... "WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH!"

Kor'garr the Clanless looks over the singularly massive announcement on the structure of the Krug-hai. His face is conficted, but then turns to one of nodding along as he occasionally uses a quill to dot and underline certain sections for his later use in the Kaktuz Weekli. The greyskin lets out a rumbling chuckle when he reaches the sections upon rewards and a more important place being given to acts of Merit. "Hozh Ideeyuz, agh dah Horde haz needed moar dizciplin vor mani yeerz... Buht duz Kuvirr hav dah ztrenkt tu proov et? Unli tik wyll tehl. Much uv diz iz juzt writing down wut wuz ulreddi ekzpektyd." He then looks at the Signature of the Targoth, eyes landing on the part detailing her own parentage. The Skriptgoth groans, nearly mashing his bulky hand into thick tusks with the following facepalm. "Oh... Wehl diz wyll bi'ag important lezzun in lurnyng whych titulz tu yuze zoh lat duz nub peep loike'ag Zhara vrum dah krownlandz. Wunder how dah ulder hedz wyll kompleyn abowt daht." Kor'garr lets out a harsh bark of laughter at hearing his prediction immediately come true. "Wehl meybi iv lat bikayme Targovv lat wuld du zumtyng abowt et, nub? Eedur Blah en publik agh challenj dehm tu'ag klomp, or ztop zlanderyng lat'z zuperiyur. Dunnub kompleyn loike'ag whini, hipokryte Zhara Dezokh-nur, oi ekzpekt 'hozher vrum'ag Eldur." If Kor'garr could summon the orc that said this from the stargush, the following conversation would be hilarious.

This is wonderful little flavor to help make the world feel just a bit more fantastic. Easily unobtrusive and not a burden to those who don't wish to interact, yet a great aesthetic and roleplay opportunity for event runners. +1

I look forward to Commiting murder of Freygoth seeing the wonderful RP brought out by this! Something I wonder about, however, is the nature of infighting between lessers of a domain. It seems like very well backed and RP prevalent struggles of the past, such as Laklul's rebellion, will need a prerequisite of no fewer than 3 spirit wars against what I imagine would be fodder spirits made expressly for the purpose of feeding Laklul? With the 1 week of round based combat that seems like a HEAVY SLOG before the more lore relevant battles can occur if all prior conflicts and RP "casus Belli" for a lesser to have enough weight to contest their greater is instead tossed aside by this new system. How might an abbreviated process of lesser on lesser violence be addressed?

Grukk'd Luara was already included, but Yub... As long as we remove the Passage of Time thing, that falls under one of the Unknown Elementals which are Nub Touch. I would ask that any greater details account for both Orc and Ker perspectives on the spirit, instead of just one or the other, due to their lore importance.
