Hey @amongus, That is a wonderful point! Ancestors and Honor are often neglected in favor of the more prevalent shaman mojo and elemental worship. Kor'garr will make changes to bring more of this into the Horde

  2. Kor'garr's brow raises in surprise upon hearing of this new Klaimant for the Targoth position, crimson eyes widening with flecks of savage excitement sparking through his mind. A majestic handlebar Mustache curls above bloodthirsty grin and around thick tusks. "Nobchoppa'... Hozh neym. Very ztrong. Wiz muzt tezt diz Arena champiyun."
  3. Kor'garr reads with squinted brow, the Spiritual Scholar intent on learning more of the great enemy's methods to better Wagh against the Void...
  4. [!] A letter carried by a small, rabbit like winged mammal is delivered to Audo Weiss. Thick papyrus parchment is stained with desert inks in a blocky yet legible script. The small Orcish Courier Vinix departs with the delivery completed, hopping and gliding away. [!] To Ser Audo Weiss, Kor'garr, Skriptgoth of the Iron Horde, recently read your report on the capitals, and wished to inform lat of some additional information. The current capital of the Iron Horde, rather than being named Krugmar, is known as San'Briu. This translates roughly to Capital of Horns in the shamanic language of Uld Blah. In addition, the Government of the Horde has recently departed from that of an autocratic Rexdom, now best defined as a Confederation of Clans much like the various courts composed of Human Noble Houses. We appreciate lat's studies and inclusion of all descendants within lat's reports, and hope to discuss Scholarly pursuits more in the future. With Blood and Honor, Kor'garr Skriptgoth of the Iron Horde
  5. Kor'garr hears of rumors about new Ker fist klomping techniques, brow raised in surprise. Crimson eyes gaze into the distance as he ponders on the mysterious fighting style, and the whispers of a spirit who supplied such terribly effective knowledge of combat. "Hmmm... Wuld diz Nyotelboh beet Hunzha ztyul uv dah Gorkil clan? Wiz muzt tezt diz en Arena." The Skriptgoth picks up his Compendium, searching for more information to include about this lesser spirit.

  7. Kor'garr immediately begins taking notes upon a spare copy of the legal argument within the Kaktuz Weekli office in San'Briu. A wide smile curls around thick tusks as he rumbles. "Hozh. More Truuthz, more invormazhun."
  8. Kor'garr raises a brow, shaking his head at the nations mentioned to attend in San'Briu. Nevertheless, the Skriptgoth prepares to stock the shelves of the Bhraf-Mauk with a greater range of goods, grumbling under his breath. "Meyk peace wyth dah Humiez, buht dah Dwed vlat our citizenz... Agh now wiz muzt ztand idle. Zkah." The grey orc peers more closely at the paper, crimson eyes squinting. "...Aht least Cyruz zeemz tu bi meyking diz 'peece' tyng werk. Zumhow."
  9. Kor'garr rumbles in thought, shaking his head. Brows furrow, bulky fingers tapping upon the noticeboard in consideration. "Aht leezt zum uv dah Ker remeyn tru tu Luara agh Kor."
  10. Kor'garr, writer of the Compendium of Conceptual Spirits, hums in clear interest as news of a new healer reaches the city of San'Briu. With any hope, this recently pacted shaman could visit and spread the news of their pacted lesser for the Skriptgoth to record! Until then, the grey orc continues managing the library and writing Kaktuz Weekli articles.
  11. Welcome to Aevos and LotC! Glad to have you with us. =)
  12. A certain orc blinks heavily, the dwarven paper crinkling between bulky, pallid fingers. Crimson eyes look across various phrases in abject surprise. Finally, the Skriptgoth begins taking notes...
  13. Kor'garr hums in thought, before dispatching a Krugmarian Courier Vinix to scamper and glide across the lands. [!] The letter is delivered by a small rabbit like prey animal with avian wings and a light frame. Large and blocky common, written with desert inks and smelling of blood lotus petals, is clearly legible upon the dense sheet of papyrus. [!] To the Order of the Golden Lion, Kor'garr agh the Iron Horde respect the swift correspondence agh resolution of this matter in an Honorable manner. The blood plague spreads widely when given opportunity, yet your forces have safeguarded innocents from meeting such parasitic afflictions by curing the former puppet. When the time is convenient, Kor'garr would like to meet with a representative of the Brotherhood for an interview on these events as a member of the Kaktuz Weekli - but that is an personal wish agh unconnected to the official Blah of the Horde. Feel free to contact the Clans in the future for future cooperation in purging burz or dark influenced forces, as the Eternal Wagh never ceases. For Ancestor agh Honor, Kor'garr Skriptgoth of the Iron Horde
  14. Kor'garr looks out from the Library of Barbog, before laughing harshly at the sight of the massive Olog wearing some nub-uruk's visage in a twisted mockery of decorative masks. Peals of savage mirth emanate throughout the airs above San'Briu until the Skriptgoth gives his reply. "GREETYNGZ, BRUTHER! DAH HORDE PEEPZ LAT'Z KLEYM! NOW WIZ FEEZT!" With the guttural response given, a quite high orc with crimson bloodshot eyes returns to dozing off, staring at vivid hallucinations within his eyelids.
  15. [!] A message arrives at the flourishing Duchy of Reinmar, attached with thick twine to the leather collar of a swift Krugmarian Courier Vinix. The winged, rabbit like hybrid glides down from a nearby branch, and the delivered parcel is a scroll of orcish make. Dense papyrus parchment unfurls from the scroll of hollowed sugarcane, displaying a legible and precise message writ in vivid desert inks. The light aroma of blood lotus and oasis berry wafts up from dried blocky letters. [!] To the Duke agh Duchess of the ancestral spirit Barclay, The Iron Horde is glad to hear of your new cub Alfred Konztance of Clan Reinmar, and the growth of lat's family. Such events are a time of celebration, and as such the Clans would like to send a shaman well versed in the rites of your people to attend, bearing a gift for the newborn. We understand the Faith in Holy Kanon is exclusionary to any other spirit, and Kor'garr is knowledgable in such practices, as well as interested in the ritual of baptism mentioned in your announcement. Bringing up such youths in proper Kanonist values is both essential and well commended; as such we give the Reinmar Clan our fondest regards and well wishes. With Faith in the light of Kanon, Kor'garr Skriptgoth of the Iron Horde

Thank you! We are very lucky our gaming rigs are set on height changing desks and not on the ground, but we had a looong night saving our scrapbook box (30 years of family photos) from getting stuck together. Every flat surface had a layer of pictures.

  17. IMO raiding or warclaiming forces should not use SS to travel to their target, but that's just me...'
  18. This is truly unfortunate. If we want it to be obtuse at least let the obtuseness generate good RP XD
  19. CT not taking up a tile is good. Multiple Soulstone slots is jank. Binding over and over again is jank Why not have each persona be able to bind to (ONE) place (Their realm affiliated location) and then actually travel on those fancy newfangled road thingies to wherever they need to go IRPly? Seems weird that void translo is all of 60 blocks when in a little over 10 seconds Bob the Dirt Farmer, illiterate and penniless, can use their soul to travel across the continent. Would this be "inconvenient?" Yes, HOWEVER it would make travelling and the idea of having a home for your character where they are safe much more impactful. The dangers of Bandits and Darkspawn wandering the open wilds would be meaningful as opposed to the blue moon occasion where you have already tele'd twice and need to wait for your SS to regen. Travelling trade caravans, patrols, armies, and tiles themselves would all become more important and viable sources of roleplay as a consequence.
  20. Can people please at least memepost OOCLY or in a spoiler, instead of having their characters say literal twitch chat phrases or "smiles the suns smile"?

  21. Kor'garr paces harshly back and forth within the office of his Kaktuz Weekli, elven missives crumpling under the force of bulky fists tightened in outrage and confusion. A personal letter from a close friend similarly lays unaddressed upon the table, yet crimson eyes merely flicker back and forth. No quill is raised, nor notes taken. Neither ink nor blood drip upon the Library of Barbog's wooden floors... Not yet, at least. Despite the flecks of something hidden, some mad wroth of betrayal within his pupils, the leer upon the greyskinned orc's face remains stonelike, both in demeanor and silence. Only after tens of minutes, a slow, unceasing pattern of quiet steps upon hewn lumber, does even a single detail cause a reaction from the Skriptgoth. The "code" is unwrinkled, brows furrowing in disgust as Kor'garr glares at the bottom of that cursed parchment. Despite the obvious emotion, no additional writing miraculously appears below those bottom swirls of formatting. And that, finally, is what causes slow utterances of common to seep from the orc's maw, words dripping with vile disappointment. "...Cowards. Not one signature upon this heresy." A glimmer of uncovered mania sparks to life upon his visage. "If none will take claim, then all must be guilty of this deception. These lies of heresy agh dishonor." A harsh, unceasing laugh of wanton savagery; bleak howls of lifeless mirth echo through the desert air surrounding San'Briu.
  22. Kor'garr hums gleefully, looking up at the leader of the Ka'tau faith with pride even after multiple hours of scribing in the Library of Barbog. Ink stained hands shift about pages, weary yet excited eyes passing over litany even while a rumbling maw mutters translations of Old Blah through the thick handlebar mustache. The Skriptgoth has found another project, and looks forward to releasing the conpleted collection of spiritual prayers.
  23. Kor'garr, Skriptgoth of the Iron Horde, hums under his breath in deep thought while reading the declaration of resignation. Crimson eyes gaze through the paper, unfocused. "...Tu huld grudge? Ohr nub?" After that decision is made, he begins drafting an article, taking notes upon the spare copy of human made paper.
