Chanciell is of mixed-elf lineage; her father is a high-elf from the Silver State while her mother is a mixed-elf from Amaethea, however she does not know exactly what mixture of elves she is. Her parents mistakenly conceived her in a heated night of passion while her father was travelling. She was raised solely by her mother after her father announced he wouldn't be able to have any sort of relationship with impure elves due to his high-elf standing. Her mother was from Amaethea and gave birth to Chanciell there.
They lived mainly on the road, often moving from town to town, living among many different races before ending up in Sutica in the Free State of Sutica. Because of this, Chanciell is used to interacting with humans, halflings, dwarves, and many subspecies of elves. Since they moved so often, Chanciell didn't have any close friends. She found her solace in reading books and loved visiting the book stores and libraries in every new town she visited. She also became fascinated with tea culture after seeing and trying many different variations of tea. Since she spent most of her time reading or trying different teas, she doesn't have much experience out in the wilderness adventuring by herself. Her dream is to travel and create her own tea shop and book store in a big city to spread her love for her hobbies. Now that she is legally an adult, Chanciell is going to travel by herself and find the perfect venue to open her own store.
Chanciell is not super religious, but she often prays to the Aspects after learning about the Wild Faith from a wood elf that was friends with her mother.
