Myrill and his family were always known to be the lowliest people of the city, relying heavily on gambling to make ends meet. His family showed up to his shack of a home less and less daily until one day they simply never came back. All he knew was how to gamble and swindle, so at the age of 15 he started to make a small name for himself as the youngest gambler. He went on infrequent occasions but that slowly became daily as his debts grew worse. He would see money come and go and come back within the span of an hour. As debts piled up and his food became sparse he set out with the little money and food he had left. He stowed away on a ship headed to Tahn in the hopes of starting over, ridding himself of the life he once lived. He arrived not too long after the collapse of Vjorhelm, as it as all the townsfolk would talk about when he passed by. He saw a few beings lying in the street corners consuming honey like substances, with others next to them asleep. It reminds him of home.
