Jeffrey was a human born in the slums of Providence in Oren to very sickly parents. Both had caught an unknown virus, but were unable to pay for it. Because of this, they often were found sleeping around in their tiny house. Jeffrey would grow up having to fight others on the streets for food, and even venture down to the sewers to work the tavern so that he could buy medicine for his parents. In the end, his father survived, but his mother passed away. This would cause him to be even more angry, but also brought him searching for faith elsewhere, and he then found it in God and Canonism. Soon, he found himself joining a group of bandits. This would make him move around a lot, but knowing he needed to settle down again, he settled in Savoy.
