    Lord of the Craft has a rich history of Nations and Settlements, each with stories crafted by players of their time. I really enjoyed reading your backstory, and can tell you put lots of thought and care into it. To keep your character's backstory compliant with our lore standards, you'll need to:

    1. Reference a real nation from where they originated, and
    2. Remove any ranks (i.e., knight, noble, rich, well-known, etc.) which they might have obtained in their history.

    One potential rework to your backstory may be referencing the Nation of Norland. They are an active playgroup on the Northern side of the map that practice the Red Faith. They don't exactly have knights, but there are similar ranks within their military- However, your character would have to earn their title through participation in Norland's army. Your character is not allowed to claim a Nation's/Settlement's rank unless it is earned through roleplay.

     

     

    Maybe your character, originally a Norlander, left Norland in search of glory, and have now returned after years of travelling Almaris in order to serve the King of Norland, the Norlandic military (the Ashguard), and to practice the Red Faith.

     

    Maybe you decide something entirely different.
