Pariah was raised among tribes of men of the western wetlands, his family's primitive settlement was sacked by orcs when he was 14, and his mother was stolen away by their savage hands. This sparked a lust for vengeance in the boy's brow, and a desire to flea his pitiful father's village in search for truth and reconciliation. Dwelling among the wood and honing his survival skills turns young Pariah into a ferel ranger of his own making, his hair having lost almost all of its original hazel tone out of paranoia and solitude. He can find water, food, and the materials to start fire, but these ritual practices have left a void of proper manners in his essence. Recanting the tales of elves his mother used to tell, as well as the occasional contact with other woodsmen or villagefolk has kept his wits together thus far. However, the world is much wider than he imagines, and the dangers far greater than he is prepared.
